If I had a dime for every eight-year-old I have seen doing a Fortnite emote in a McDonalds parking lot, I would be rich. The battle royal game mode is dying. Every round of battle royal is the same. It's so boring that even the game can’t go ten weeks without changing the map completely. If you don't play on PC, you'll get constantly mocked and heckled at by the twenty-five percent of the players who do. Ninja is a false god, and TFue isn’t much better. Minecraft, on the other hand, has a much purer fanbase. The gameplay is simple yet magical. There's nothing like sitting inside on a rainy-day playing split-screen multiplayer survival with your friends. It doesn’t matter if you play on your computer, your X-Box, your PlayStation, or your tablet, you won’t be laughed at. It doesn’t matter who plays it, weather you’re black, white, male, female, Asian, South American, Australian. You won’t be treated any differently. You’ll be respected like everyone else. Everyone can play Minecraft. Even with everything Microsoft has done to it, Minecraft is still the greatest game we’ve every been blessed with.
