Level 5 Leadership was one of the most interesting articles that I read. I was actually very surprised as I read through this section of the book because the author was saying that my personality type makes me a level 5 leader. I have been told from others that I am usually humble when it comes to my abilities academically, musically, and almost every other skill I possess. I usually saw this as their way of telling me that I am a reserved person. Even as I write this, I do not want to say that I am a humble person, but I have come to realize that I am. I feel that I have professional will as well; I already plan to get a graduate degree at some point in my life. Since I am unable to continue the BSMS program only because the classes I want to take will conflict throughout my last two years, so I decided to get a second minor in Astrophysics instead. This is not necessarily professional will since I am still a student, but it is in pursuit to get a career that I will love. According to this author, I have potential to become a level 5 leader, a CEO. Despite this leg up that this author says I have, I still have a long way to go if I ever want to pursue an executive role.
